Oyster Stuffed Jalapenos

For a delightful and unique appetizer that your guests will love, try oyster stuffed jalapenos. This is a delicious treat that your guests will rave about long after the party is over.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of oysters
  • 16 oz of jalapeno peppers – canned or fresh
  • 1 pound of ground beef or pork
  • 6 oz pack of steak seasoning mix
  • Grated cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
  2. Slice the peppers length-wise and remove all the seeds and stems.
  3. Mix the following in a bowl: 2 eggs, 1 pound of ground beef or pork, and seasoning mix.
  4. Insert meat mixture into jalapenos. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Insert jalapenos into the oven and bake for 14-17 minutes until meat is brown and cheese is melted.
